Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No.510/19 , registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(I)(a)/26(3) of the Arms Act and Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Police arrested some accused persons and from them there was recovery of two country-made pistol and five cartridges and from the Bolero there is recovery of the liquor and the other accused persons have disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the above there is nothing against the petitioner

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissios as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No.510 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
