Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to produce the notification or any other documents to show that consolidation proceedings was ever initiated in the village/locality.
In that view of the matter the contention of petitioner that the suit has abated under Section 4C of the Consolidation Act is not tenable.
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.705 of 2018(5) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 Accordingly, I do not find any infirmities in the impugned order. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed.
