The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 538 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that police got information that some miscreants had assembled at the house of Laldeo Yadav to commit crime. Police reached the place of occurrence and apprehended five persons including this petitioner. Three persons managed to run away. It is further alleged that one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2018.

No.2961 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 538 of 2018, subject to the following condition:

(i) Both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on every date of trial and absence of petitioner on two consecutive dates without valid reason will amount to cancellation of his bail bond.
