2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 12.09.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13600 of 2024 has not been complied with in its true spirit and therefore, the same is contemptuous.

3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the order has been passed in compliance with the

Patna High Court MJC No.88 of 2025(5) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 order passed in the writ petition, which is contained in Annexure-R/4, i.e., in the form of a notification contained in Memo No. 8039 dated 28.08.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has objection on this point and submits that the said notification contained in Memo No. 8039 dated 28.08.2025 (Annexure- R/4) is in gross violation of the contempt. Therefore it be set aside.

5. This Court after perusal of the said notification contained in Memo No. 8039 dated 28.08.2025 (Annexure- R/4) is not ready to pursue the contempt further. Hence, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said notification as contained in Annexure- R/4 in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
