JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 The District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna is personally present in compliance of this Court's order dated 12.03.2019. He has stated that out of total 323 awardees for payment of compensation against the acquisition of lands for Solid Waste Dumping Yard at Ramchak Bariya, Patna, 268 awardees have been paid compensation. He states that if the indemnity bond and the bank account number is furnished by the petitioner, the compensation amount, as has been determined, shall be paid to her forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6713 of 2017(4) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 petitioner shall furnish the relevant information and indemnity bond within four weeks from today.

It is directed that the petitioner must be paid the determined amount of compensation within two weeks from the date of furnishing the indemnity bond and the bank account number for such payment.

The District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna, has also stated that others will also be paid their amount of compensation. He assures this Court that immediate steps shall be taken for ensuring payment of compensation to others also. This writ application is disposed of with the only observation that non-compliance of any part of this order, including the undertaking, as recorded above, shall be viewed seriously by this Court.
