2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) , 32 ( b ) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018 .
3 . It is alleged that 1329.840 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from seized truck .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge , Excise II Begusarai in connection with Excise Police Station Case No. 435 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
