The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with 29 other persons for kidnapping of one Chhotu Yadav, nephew of the informant.

It is submitted that one of the co-accused named in the F.I.R. namely Sudhir Yadav has already been granted bail on 9-22015 vide Cr.Misc. No. 38348/14. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, Vimal Yadav @ Bhimal Yadav is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case
