JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 In the order dated 16.2.2018, it appears that due to typing error instead of "non-payment of salary for the period of 19 months and 11 days, i.e. from 03.06.2011 to 12.01.2013" it was wrongly typed as "non-payment of salary for the period of 19 months and 11 days, i.e. from 3.6.2016 to 12.1.2013". The same is corrected and it will be read as"nonpayment of salary for the period of 19 months and 11 days, i.e. from 03.06.2011 to 12.01.2013" in place of "non-payment of salary for the period of 19 months and 11 days, i.e. from 3.6.2016 to 12.1.2013".
