JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- authorities to process the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, however, during the pendency of the present petition, the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara i.e. the respondent no. 1 has rejected the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the same by filing appropriate appeal. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the order passed by the respondent
