Petitioner's counsel submits that upon modification of date of grant of first ACP and second ACP, he is entitled to grant of benefit under third MACP having regard to the fact that same has been granted to other similarly situated persons. His claim made by Annexure 1 has not yielded any action by the respondent-authorities.

However, he submits that placing reliance on grant of benefit to other similarly situated as that of the petitioner, he would be submitting detailed representation before respondent no.4 within four weeks.

Police, Saran Range, Saran, Chapra (respondent no.4) should take a decision in this respect by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.
