2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.93 of 2023, lodged on 09.07.2023, under Sections 363/365/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against the petitioner against whom there is an allegation that he has kidnapped the informant's daughter by alluring her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2023 having no criminal antecedent. Counsel further submits that the petitioner and informant both belong to the same village and they are Gotiya and due to land dispute this false case has been lodged. Charge

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has fully supported the case of the prosecution.

6. In this back ground, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of the charge.
