The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter Sangita Devi was married to the petitioner on 20.05.2013. It is submitted that the informant is not an eye-witness and he made allegation against husband, father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is the husband and the wife died due to strangulation within one year from the date of marriage.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 132/2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
