Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in paragraph nos. 6 to 8 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 5, specific information has been given that petitioner has been paid the entire amount of Gratuity, Group Insurance and Leave Encashment, however, on account of

Patna High Court CWJC No.727 of 2024(6) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 delayed payment, the interest at the rate of 12.5 percent has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs that the matter relating to interest at the rate of 12.5 percent is the subject matter of S.L.P. No. 21411-21415 of 2025, which is pending before the Apex Court and so far as D.A. and H.R.A. are concerned, the same is subject matter of Civil Review No. 167 of 2023, which is pending before a Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the aforesaid information, the petitioner, if so aggrieved in respect of any other dues, he may file detailed representation to claim the same before the Registrar of the University, who is directed to ensure to make payment of the remaining dues, if it has already not been paid and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner well within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
