JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 02.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against this petitioner is that he got job on the basis of Fokaniya certificate in which his date of birth was mentioned as 28.9.1989 whereas in other document, his different date of birth has been mentioned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the prosecution case itself, certificate in question was not a forged document.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-
