2. The present petition has been preferred for the compliance of order dated 09.08.2007 passed in CWJC No. 5681 of 2001, whereby and where under the Staterespondents/opposite parties, the Secretary, Forest and Environment Department was directed to consider and dispose of the case of the petitioner in the light of the observations of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Uma Devi and others.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party No. 01, bringing on record the reasoned order passed vide
Patna High Court MJC No.13 of 2019(5) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 memo no. 1862 dated 03.06.2020 by the Principal Secretary of the Environment and Forest Department, Bihar, Patna (Annexure P-1/4) by which the claim of the petitioner was negated.
4. This Court is satisfied that the order has been complied.
5. The petitioner has the liberty to challenge the same, before an appropriate writ Court, if he so wants.
6. M.J.C. No. 13 of 2019 stands disposed of.
