2. Perusal of the supplementary show cause read with the order dated 22.10.2024, it is evident that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed while taking note of his participation in the inquiry. Therefore, nothing remains in the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition except dropping it.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the action of the opposite parties dated 22.10.2024 vide AnnexureR/4, produced along with the supplementary show cause dated 26.10.2024.
