No. 744 of 1995 which was dismissed for noncompliance with a peremptory order passed on 24.11.1995. After the application was filed on 10.06.1996, various defects have been pointed out by the office and inspite of time being granted since 1996 i.e. for 21 years, the defects have not been rectified and in the meanwhile office-note indicates that the entire records of C.W.J.C. No. 744 of 1995 have been destroyed.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, I see no reason to

The application for restoration stands dismissed in view of the reasons indicated hereinabove.
