The petitioner is accused in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017.
