JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 of the Railway Property(Unlawful Possession) Act and Section 147 of the Railways Act.
From the possession of the petitioner 22 pendrol clips were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been roped in the present case since he was earlier made accused with similar accusation. Considering the nature of recovery and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in connection with Sonepur R.P.F. Case No. 6 of 2014.
