2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the grand-daughter of the informant was done to death by her in-laws family members, including petitioner, for dowry.
4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. Entire prosecution case is based on suspicion. Neither petitioner demanded any dowry nor committed torture to the deceased. Deceased died due to illness. On the alleged date, petitioner was not present at home, rather he was present outside for his livlihood. In this case, charge has already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 719 of 2025, arising out of Piyar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020.
