This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 376, 366, 420 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Khagaria Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014, G.R. No. 100 of 2014 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial taking coercive steps against the witnesses for early disposal of the case.
