The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Cheria Bariarpur(Manjhaul) P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 01.11.2014 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with CheriaBariarpur (Manjhaul) P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013. m.p.
