Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.10.2014 in a case registered under sections 392, 395, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad Mufassil P.S.
