In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation has been made that the petitioner had organized a Marathon race and for that purpose, he collected entry fees from the participants, but on the date of Marathon race, no proper arrangements were made and the petitioner, who was the main organizer, fled away after the chaos at the venue.
