JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard Mr. Prashant Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020 dated 25.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and divested him of his personal belongings while he was on his way for execution of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15393 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 work under Saat Nischay Programme of the Chief Minister.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the informant is the Junior Engineer who has dispute with the petitioners in his capacity as their co-villager.

Regard being had to the nature of accusations against the petitioners and the background facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
