2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired at the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and he is in custody since 31.10.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Sheikhpura/concerned Court below in connection with Mehus P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sheikhpura Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
