The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 452/380/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Shravan Kumar, from whose possession, the stolen motorcycle was recovered, and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was not put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
