Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.09.2020 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in G.R. No. 2949 of 2020 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offences under Sections 353, 228, 188, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others have abused and misbehaved with the Presiding Officer of the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12036 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 when the petitioner had gone to record her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

This kind of behaviour cannot be condoned by this Court. No ground for quashing of the order dated 22.09.2020 taking cognizance against the petitioner is made out. Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
