The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.452 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are female members and there is general and omnibus allegation against them, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,
