7540, Thana No.200, area 14 decimals situated in village Bhawanipur, Ward No. 11, Anchal/P.S. Sangrampur, District East Champaran, Motihari which has been encroached by present respondents No. 6 to 11."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Circle Officer, Sangrampur, District-East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
