Petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014 (POCSO 17 of 2014) instituted under Section(s) 376-K Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Motihari, East Champaran. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
