The petitioner is in custody in connection with of Nautan P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)/a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced on the disclosure made by co-accused Ram Babu Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
