The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The police, after arresting the petitioner and other accused persons, obtained their confessional statements, but even then the investigating officer did not collect any further material. Of Course, the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but the petitioner is in jail since 26.08.2013. Similarly situated co-accused Akash Singh @ Sangram Singh @ Maha Sangram Singh has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11717 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Afzal Alam, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S. Case No. 402/12.
