The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 13 of 2014 arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No.96 of 2013 registered inter alia for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice by this Court. The last rejection of the petitioner's application for bail was made on 21st November, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No.42023 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21.11.2014, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
