JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant being Revenue Officer had gone to collect revenue where the petitioner is said to have assaulted him and snatched his belongings. The injury report of informant goes to show that informant sustained one injury on his nostril but the said injury was found simple in nature. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 20.05.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj
