2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned A.P.P. for the State submits that the instant F.I.R. has been instituted with respect to the offences carry punishment of seven years and less.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned A.P.P., the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2023 in the case of Naushad Ansari vs. State of Bihar.

5. The petitioner will be at liberty to represent before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4191 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 the Investigating Officer of the case with a copy of the order dated 13.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 and the Investigating Officer shall adhere to the directions contained therein.
