From perusal of the office note dated 25.01.2016, it appears that notice was validly served on the appellant, thereafter the appeal has been listed for hearing as directed by the Court by order dated 29.01.2016.

When this First Appeal was called on for hearing today, nobody appeared.

Accordingly, this First Appeal is dismissed.
