Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 IPC. The prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 10.7.2014 and the trial court was directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months but after lapse of more than eight months, the trial has not been concluded and the petitioner is in jail since 20.11.2013, i.e. he has remained in jail for about 1.1/2 years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No.139 of 2012.
