Petitioner and two other accused were arrested by the police and their confessional statement was recorded simultaneously and, thereafter, the recovery of stolen tractor was made on the basis of confessional statement and, therefore, it cannot be said that it was the confessional statement of the petitioner which led the recovery of stolen tractor. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rahika P.S.
