Patna High Court MJC No.79 of 2025(5) dt.19-03-2025 2/3 ORAL ORDER 19-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17880 of 2024, whereby the District Magistrate, Nawada/ respondent No.5 was directed to consider and dispose off the Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 18(M) of 2024, filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. The District Magistrate, Nawada, who has been added as respondent no.5 in this contempt petition, has filed a show cause as well as supplementary show cause. In the supplementary show cause filed by the O.P. No.5, it has been stated in paragraph 3 that in compliance of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17880 of 2024, the O.P. No. 5 has disposed of the Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 18(M) of 2024 by an order passed on 18.02.2025. Copy of the order passed on 18.02.2025 in the Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 18(M) of 2024 has been annexed as AnnexureOP-5/1 in the supplementary show cause.

4. Accordingly, I find that the respondent no.5 has duly complied the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.79 of 2025(5) dt.19-03-2025 3/3 C.W.J.C. No. 17880 of 2024.

5. Resultently, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
