2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of writ/s commanding the order/s, direction/s respondents for making payment of amount of Compensation under the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 and loss suffered by the petitioner on the Respondents have forcibly made road over the land of petition and destroyed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10880 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 standing cross and in alternative removing the encroachment (Road) made over the land of petitioner or settlement of similarly area of question land and for any other reliefs for which the petitioner found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The counter affidavit was filed in the year 2016 after service of copy to the petitioner and learned State Counsel has taken this Court to paragraph 14 to submit that the aforesaid land was never settled to the petitioner and he has construed a recommendation as settlement.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
