Present writ application is filed against the order, dated 29.27.2022, passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

Having regard to the fact that as per Clause 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, the petitioner is having the remedy for filing the revision before the Divisional Commissioner.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Divisional Commissioner. The present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to prefer a revision before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.690 of 2023(4) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 Divisional Commissioner, if he so advised, within a period of one month from today and on such revision being filed, the same would be dealt with in accordance with law on its own merit within a period of two months thereafter. It is needless to state that before passing any order the parties shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing.
