Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this writ application may be disposed of with direction to the concerned authority.

3. Accordingly, respondent No.4, (District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.690 of 2025(2) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 Buxar) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
