The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused have committed murder of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He was in separate mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. He is in custody since 15.09.2016 and there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24653 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015, corresponding to T.R. No. 612 of 2016.
