JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-406, 409, 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
From the written report, it appears that police during vehicle checking, checked one white coloured Hundai Car and on that car, four persons including the petitioners were found sitting. and police on search of persons of both the petitioners, recovered ATM Cards, Voter ID card etc.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24276 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 all those articles belonged to them. Petitioners are rotting in jail since 12-02-2017.
In such circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioners.
