The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawtan P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding the accused persons having intercepted the husband of the informant and thereafter they had taken him to the paddy field where the accused persons had murdered the husband of the informant by pressing his neck.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and she is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3103 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 custody since 20.09.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is a lady, there is no allegation of any specific overt act as far as the petitioner is concerned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that there is no allegation of any specific overt act as against the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner herein on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Nawtan P.S.
