Patna High Court CWJC No.2541 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/3 466401A2H20385, which has been lying at Go1 Chakkar Road, petol pump at Ghogha under the jurisdiction of Ghogha (Kahalgaon) Police Station since 15.8.2019 for which an FIR bearing Ghogha P.S.Case No. 547/2019 dated 16.8.2019 has been lodged by private respondent no. 10 namely Bijay Singh, apart from the said vehicle being also subject matter of Barahat (Banka) P.S. Case No. 540/2019 dated 16.8.19 lodged by the petitioner of this writ petition-cum-present owner of the said vehicle but the learned counsel for the petitioner, realizing the fact that the vehicle is to be released by the concerned court, seeks liberty to file appropriate petition under Section 451 Cr.P.C. before the concerned court for release of the aforesaid vehicle. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner before the learned court below within a period four weeks from today, necessary orders shall be passed thereon within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
