This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, who has been made accused in this case for demand of dowry subsequently.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had a love marriage and there is no chance that in a love marriage dowry will be demanded by the petitioner or his family members. It has also been submitted that it seems that after death of the victim, this false allegation has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Barh, District- Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
