The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 467, 468 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he appeared in the interview and disclosed that in his place somebody else had appeared in the written examination, but at that time the petitioner was not apprehended. The petitioner is in jail since 13.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
