Mr.Veena Kumari Jaiswal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 44 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. it is alleged that on the confessional statement of the co-accused stating the name of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and except confession, there is nothing against him. He is in custody for about two months, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the
